This RFSQ is an invitation to qualify for the provision of Construction Services for:

  • A new 7.172 ML/d wastewater treatment plant complete with septage receivals and screening, headworks, primary treatment, secondary treatment, tertiary treatment, UV disinfection, solids handling and winter solids storage.
  • Effluent or treated water pumping station and forcemain to discharge treated water to outfall located approx. 2.5 km away from treatment plant.
  • Construction of outfall located on the West Credit River between 10th Line and Winston Churchill Boulevard.
