This RFPQ is an invitation by the Owner to prospective Respondents to pre-qualify for eligibility for one subsequent request for tender for some or all of the Services, should the Owner proceed with such a request. The Owner is interested in constructing a new sanitary sewer collection system extending from the communities of Hillsburgh and Erin Village to a new water resource recovery facility located east of Erin Village, and is seeking to pre-qualify vendors for this purpose. The project involves the construction of a new sewage pumping station, trunk sewers and twin forcemains. |
