The Town of Erin’s Asset Management Plan (AMP) was updated in 2018 (based on 2017 actuals). To operationalize the Town’s Asset Management Plan, the Town is seeking to develop a level of service framework and to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that can be used to monitor performance and advance the Town’s asset management practices. An examination and identification of services, community expectations, and strategic objectives will be required in order to define existing levels of service (LOS) and develop an LOS framework that can be utilized moving forward to ensure sustainability. This is to be accompanied with recommended Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that the Town of Erin can seamlessly integrate within existing systems to monitor and manage performance on an ongoing basis. |
